- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Whisk together eggnog, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger into the eggnog mixture briefly on each side.
- Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in serving cups and spoon a layer of the eggnog-mascarpone mixture on top.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with the eggnog mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then dust with cocoa before serving.
Notes
Use cold ingredients for better texture. Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers for best results.
