Description

Warm, creamy dessert featuring layers of soft ladyfingers soaked in eggnog and a rich mascarpone filling, dusted with cocoa.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggnog, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and nutmeg until smooth.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger into the eggnog mixture briefly on each side.
  3. Arrange a layer of dipped ladyfingers in serving cups and spoon a layer of the eggnog-mascarpone mixture on top.
  4. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with the eggnog mixture.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, then dust with cocoa before serving.

Notes

Use cold ingredients for better texture. Don’t over-soak the ladyfingers for best results.
