- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cucumber slices or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Gently fold in the king crab meat, being careful not to break up the chunks too much.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
- Serve the crab mixture on cucumber slices or crackers. Garnish with additional dill if desired.
