Description

Quick and delightful English muffin pizzas that are customizable and perfect for any meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 English muffins, split in half
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Split the English muffins in half and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a generous layer of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  4. Top each muffin with shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, followed by bell peppers and onions.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the toppings and sprinkle Italian herbs on top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice if desired, and enjoy!
