Description

A delightful combination of tender salmon, fresh veggies, and hearty rice, topped with a sweet and savory teriyaki sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup steamed broccoli
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the teriyaki sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is flaky and cooked through.
  5. Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Steam the broccoli until tender.
  7. Layer the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, and julienned carrots in a bowl.
  8. Top each bowl with the baked salmon.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve warm and enjoy!
