Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup peeled and diced apples
- Cooking spray
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and the egg until thoroughly combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, gently combining them until just mixed. Fold in the diced apples.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray. Drop spoonfuls of batter into the basket and air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
Serve warm, with maple syrup or honey. Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days or refrigerate for a week.
