- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon au jus seasoning

Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients and warm tortillas briefly in the microwave or on a skillet for flexibility.
- Combine 1 cup beef broth and 1 tablespoon au jus seasoning in a saucepan. Heat gently over medium-low until steaming.
- Lay one warmed tortilla flat. Layer with roast beef, Swiss cheese, and optional vegetables. Roll tightly and tuck ends in.
- Slice each roll into pinwheels and serve immediately with warm beef broth au jus on the side.
