Description

These French Dip Tortilla Roll Ups turn a classic sandwich into fun, easy-to-eat pinwheels, perfect for parties or casual dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon au jus seasoning
  • Optional: sliced onions and peppers

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients and warm tortillas briefly in the microwave or on a skillet for flexibility.
  2. Combine 1 cup beef broth and 1 tablespoon au jus seasoning in a saucepan. Heat gently over medium-low until steaming.
  3. Lay one warmed tortilla flat. Layer with roast beef, Swiss cheese, and optional vegetables. Roll tightly and tuck ends in.
  4. Slice each roll into pinwheels and serve immediately with warm beef broth au jus on the side.
