Instructions
- Preparation: Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface and set out your roast beef, provolone, and any optional toppings so everything is within reach.
- Mixing: On each tortilla, layer the roast beef, provolone cheese, and any optional toppings you desire. Fold in the sides slightly and roll the tortillas tightly to secure the filling.
- Cooking: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a small drizzle of oil or a light coating of butter. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, pressing lightly, until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Finishing: Remove the roll-ups from the skillet and slice each into bite-sized pieces if serving as appetizers. Serve warm with a cup of au jus for dipping.
Notes
