Description

An exciting twist on a classic favorite, these bite-sized rollups pack all the rich, savory flavors of a traditional French dip sandwich.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spread Dijon mustard evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on each tortilla.
  3. Roll up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  4. In a small saucepan, heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce until simmering.
  5. Season the broth with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve the rollups with the warm broth for dipping.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
