- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 pound thinly sliced roast beef
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Spread Dijon mustard evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer roast beef and provolone cheese on each tortilla.
- Roll up tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
- In a small saucepan, heat beef broth and Worcestershire sauce until simmering.
- Season the broth with salt and pepper.
- Serve the rollups with the warm broth for dipping.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
