Description

A quick and refreshing snack that combines creamy yogurt and sweet strawberries, perfect for hot days.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Hull and slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using. Stir until smooth.
  3. Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, coating well. Shake off excess yogurt and place on the lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for about 2–3 hours or until solid. Enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert!

Notes

For best texture, slice strawberries thinly and use ripe but firm strawberries. Store in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
