A quick and refreshing snack that combines creamy yogurt and sweet strawberries, perfect for hot days.

- 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
- 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions
- Hull and slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using. Stir until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry slice into the yogurt mixture, coating well. Shake off excess yogurt and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Freeze for about 2–3 hours or until solid. Enjoy as a healthy snack or dessert!
Notes
For best texture, slice strawberries thinly and use ripe but firm strawberries. Store in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
