Description

Soft, golden Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs filled with gooey cheese and fragrant garlic butter. Perfect for snacks or as a cozy appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate the pieces. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
  2. Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined in a small bowl. Prepare cubed cream cheese and shredded mozzarella.
  3. Place a cube of cream cheese and a pinch of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit quarter. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinch the seams tightly, and roll into a smooth ball. Arrange in the baking dish, seam-side down, and brush with garlic butter.
  4. Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Let rest for 2-3 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
