Soft, golden Garlic Butter Cheese Bombs filled with gooey cheese and fragrant garlic butter. Perfect for snacks or as a cozy appetizer.

- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with parchment paper. Open the can of refrigerated biscuits and separate the pieces. Cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Stir together the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well combined in a small bowl. Prepare cubed cream cheese and shredded mozzarella.
- Place a cube of cream cheese and a pinch of mozzarella in the center of each biscuit quarter. Wrap the dough around the cheese, pinch the seams tightly, and roll into a smooth ball. Arrange in the baking dish, seam-side down, and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake for about 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. Let rest for 2-3 minutes, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce for dipping or as a side alongside soup or salad.
