Description

Delicious rollups combining the flavors of a cheeseburger with flaky pastry, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into rectangles. Spoon cooked beef mixture and cheese onto each rectangle.
  4. Roll the dough around the filling and place on a baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

Pair with ketchup, mustard, or your favorite dipping sauce. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
