Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough (about 8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open and flatten each biscuit, placing a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center, then fold and pinch to seal.
- Brush tops with melted butter, sprinkle with parsley, and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Notes
Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
