Description

Delightful individual servings of green bean casserole with bold flavors and creamy richness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Cooking spray or additional olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil, add green beans, and blanch for about 3-4 minutes. Drain and cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine blanched green beans, minced garlic, cream of mushroom soup, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir until mixed.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the greased muffin tin, filling each cup about halfway. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese and olive oil, then sprinkle over the green bean cups.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until tops are golden and crispy.
  6. Allow cups to cool slightly before removing from the muffin tin. Serve warm.

Notes

These cups are great for gatherings; store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days or freeze for a month.
