Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, molasses, vegetable oil, and egg.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
