Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, molasses, vegetable oil, and egg.

- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling them about two-thirds full. Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
