Description

Delicious and festive cookies combining the warm spices of gingerbread with creamy white chocolate chips.


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg, molasses, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips gently.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space for spreading.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
