Instructions

  2. Stir in the minced garlic, turmeric, and cumin. Cook for an additional minute, allowing the spices to release their aromas.
  3. Add the lentils and vegetable broth to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 25-30 minutes, or until the lentils are tender.
