Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the corn, milk, and eggs. Whisk until well combined.
- Stir in the sugar, melted butter, cornmeal, baking powder, salt, and pepper until blended well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
