- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
- 1–2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Combine Greek yogurt, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar in a large bowl until well mixed.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- Tightly roll the dough and slice into 1 to 1.5-inch rolls.
- Place the rolls in the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and milk for icing until smooth.
- Drizzle icing over warm rolls before serving.
Notes
Best served warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or freeze for up to 2 months.
