Description

A creamy and zesty dip featuring cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, and spicy green chiles, perfect for snacking or entertaining.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup green chiles, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green chiles, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes
