- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Chocolate candies (for spider body)
- Thin pretzels (for spider legs)
- Candy eyes (for decoration)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda. Mix until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
- While warm, place a chocolate candy in the center of each cookie and insert thin pretzels to create spider legs. Add candy eyes on top of the chocolate.
- Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
