- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped apple
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, apple cider, breadcrumbs, onion, chopped apple, egg, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Mix all the ingredients well until combined. Scoop out a portion and form it into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad, rice, or pasta for a complete meal.
