- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or healthy dressing
- 1/4 cup black beans (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm the whole wheat tortilla in a skillet over low heat for about 30-60 seconds per side to make it flexible.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, and black beans (if using). Season with salt and pepper, stirring gently.
- Spread the Greek yogurt or dressing evenly over the warmed tortilla. Spoon the chicken mixture into the center.
- Fold the bottom edge up, inward the sides, and roll tightly to close. Grill seam-side down in the skillet over medium-low heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
Notes
Cut the wrap on the diagonal to showcase the filling. Serve with lime, salsa, or a small side salad for extra flavor.
