Description

A delicious and wholesome take on the classic pumpkin spice latte, made with pumpkin puree and warm spices for a cozy treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee using your preferred method.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir gently.
  3. Whisk until heated through and well combined but do not let it boil.
  4. In a mug, pour the brewed coffee and top with the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir to combine and add whipped cream if desired, sprinkling a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top.

Notes

Store any leftover pumpkin spice milk mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
