- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or sweetener of choice)
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped cream (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Brew your coffee using your preferred method.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the milk, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Stir gently.
- Whisk until heated through and well combined but do not let it boil.
- In a mug, pour the brewed coffee and top with the pumpkin milk mixture. Stir to combine and add whipped cream if desired, sprinkling a little extra pumpkin pie spice on top.
Notes
Store any leftover pumpkin spice milk mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
