Description

A delightful fusion of traditional tiramisu and creamy cheesecake, this Heavenly Tiramisu Cheesecake features layers of rich cream cheese and mascarpone interlaced with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, topped with cocoa powder.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 2 cups of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup of brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur (optional)
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
  4. Add the mascarpone cheese to the mixture and mix until fully combined and smooth.
  5. In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they don’t get too soggy.
  6. Layer the dipped ladyfingers over the cheesecake filling in the springform pan. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and cheesecake mixture.
  7. Smooth the top of the cheesecake. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to let the flavors meld and the cheesecake set.
  8. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a beautiful finish.

Notes

Serve chilled with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of shaved chocolate for extra indulgence. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
