Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 1/4 cup chopped cooked turkey or chicken (optional)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Everything bagel seasoning (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. If desired, fold in the shredded cheese and chopped turkey or chicken into the dough.
  4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Place the bagel bites on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the beaten egg.
  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
