Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- If desired, fold in the shredded cheese and chopped turkey or chicken into the dough.
- Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into bite-sized pieces.
- Place the bagel bites on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with the beaten egg.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the top.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
