Description

Ingredients

  • Flatbread or pita bread
  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • BBQ sauce
  • Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella), shredded
  • Red onion, thinly sliced
  • Fresh cilantro or parsley, for garnish
  • Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your baking surface.
  2. Brush the flatbread with olive oil if desired.
  3. Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the flatbread, then add shredded chicken and cheese, topping with red onion.
