Description

A quick, satisfying meal combining creamy ranch flavor, tender shredded chicken, and melted cheese in a crisp tortilla.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Cooking spray or oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and sliced green onions. Stir until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with cooking spray or add a small drizzle of oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over it, then spread the chicken mixture and top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Place the second tortilla on top and gently press down. Cook for 3–4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
  5. Remove from skillet, let rest for 1 minute, slice into wedges and serve warm.

Notes

For best texture, serve hot and consider serving with salsa, guacamole, or a side salad.
