Description

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Mince the garlic and shred the cheese if needed. Have the heavy cream ready to pour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Spoon the creamy garlic sauce over each breast. Let everything simmer together for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
