Description
These creamy bites combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a delicious, protein-packed frozen snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Gather your ingredients and tools. Line a baking sheet with parchment or set out silicone molds. Measure the yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth. If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips gently.
- Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or drop spoonfuls onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Smooth the tops if using molds. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
- Pop the bites out of the molds or lift clusters from the parchment. Let sit for 1–2 minutes at room temperature if they are very hard, then enjoy.
Notes
For a higher-protein snack, serve 2–3 bites with a small handful of almonds or a hard-boiled egg. Store in an airtight container or freezer bag and keep frozen up to 2 months.
