Description

These creamy bites combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter for a delicious, protein-packed frozen snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients and tools. Line a baking sheet with parchment or set out silicone molds. Measure the yogurt, peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl until smooth. If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips gently.
  3. Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or drop spoonfuls onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Smooth the tops if using molds. Freeze for at least 120 minutes or until solid.
  4. Pop the bites out of the molds or lift clusters from the parchment. Let sit for 1–2 minutes at room temperature if they are very hard, then enjoy.

Notes

For a higher-protein snack, serve 2–3 bites with a small handful of almonds or a hard-boiled egg. Store in an airtight container or freezer bag and keep frozen up to 2 months.
