- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
- Coat each chicken breast with the yogurt-Parmesan marinade and let it sit for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the marinated chicken on both sides until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 5 minutes before serving and garnish with parsley.
