- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Gather and measure all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or set out silicone molds.
- In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired. Spoon the mixture into molds or drop onto parchment to form bite-sized mounds.
- Freeze for about 1–2 hours or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
Notes
Let bites sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating for a softer texture. Store in the freezer and consume within 2 months for best quality.
