Description

These creamy bites combine peanut butter and Greek yogurt for a refreshing, protein-packed snack that is perfect for any time of day.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather and measure all ingredients. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or set out silicone molds.
  2. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Stir in chopped nuts or chocolate chips if desired. Spoon the mixture into molds or drop onto parchment to form bite-sized mounds.
  4. Freeze for about 1–2 hours or until firm. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.

Notes

Let bites sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before eating for a softer texture. Store in the freezer and consume within 2 months for best quality.
