A festive, no-bake dessert that combines layers of Christmas cookies with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Christmas cookies (such as gingerbread or sugar cookies)
- 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the cookies at the bottom.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies, then add another layer of cookies on top.
- Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the last layer of cookies.
- Top with chocolate chips and sprinkles for decoration.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Ensure cream cheese is softened to achieve a smooth filling. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
