A festive, no-bake dessert that combines layers of Christmas cookies with a creamy cheesecake filling, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Christmas cookies (such as gingerbread or sugar cookies)
  • 1 cup of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2 cups of whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  2. In a separate bowl, gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer half of the cookies at the bottom.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cookies, then add another layer of cookies on top.
  5. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the last layer of cookies.
  6. Top with chocolate chips and sprinkles for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
