Description

Crispy, savory crackers infused with rich Parmesan cheese and fresh rosemary, perfect for snacking or entertaining.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
  3. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Avoid overmixing.
  5. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
  6. Cut the rolled dough into your desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
