- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cold water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Gradually add the cold water, mixing until the dough comes together. Avoid overmixing.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into your desired shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
