  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch pie dish thoroughly.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, melted butter, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Stir in the grated carrots until evenly distributed.
