Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil. Brush or drizzle this over the meatballs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest before serving hot with remaining sauce.
