- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep pan for frying at about 350°F.
- Mix cornstarch with salt and pepper in a bowl for the coating.
- Dip the shrimp into the beaten egg, letting excess drip off, then coat in cornstarch mixture.
- Fry the coated shrimp in hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
- Combine walnuts with sugar in a saucepan over medium heat until caramelized.
- Mix mayonnaise and honey together until smooth to create the sauce.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the mayo and honey mixture and add the candied walnuts.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
