A rich and creamy dip combining smoked Gouda and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.

- 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, garnish with additional green onions or paprika before serving. This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
