Description

A rich and creamy dip combining smoked Gouda and crispy bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz smoked Gouda cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips or bread, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded smoked Gouda cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, chopped green onions, minced garlic, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well blended and creamy.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, garnish with additional green onions or paprika before serving. This dip can be prepared a day in advance and stored in the fridge.
