Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (optional)
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and protein powder.
  2. Add the almond butter and honey (or maple syrup), mixing until well combined. This mixture should be sticky but cohesive.
  3. If using, stir in cocoa powder, dark chocolate chips, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a baking sheet.
