Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cream of chicken soup, milk, cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the beef and cheese mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with tater tots, arranging them to cover the entire surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving, and optionally garnish with pickles, mustard, or ketchup.
