- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into a rectangle.
- Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cut the Brie cheese into slices and place it in the center of the pastry.
- Top the Brie generously with cranberry sauce.
- Fold the edges of the pastry over the filling to create a border.
- Brush the edges with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown.
