- 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, coconut flakes, mini marshmallows, drained crushed pineapple, and chopped pecans if using.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, top with whipped cream and additional coconut flakes or pecans if desired.
Notes
For best results, chill the heavy cream before whipping. Customize toppings as desired.
