Playful and delicious jalapeno poppers wrapped in bacon and crescent roll dough, perfect for Halloween or any gathering.

- 12 Jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 slices Bacon
- 1 can Crescent roll dough
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Wash and dry the jalapeno peppers. Slice them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
- In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.
- Fill each jalapeno half with the cheesy mixture, stuffing them generously.
- Wrap each filled jalapeno with a slice of bacon. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut it into thin strips. Wrap the dough strips around the jalapeno poppers.
- Place the wrapped jalapeno mummies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the bacon is crispy.
- Allow them to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with ranch or sour cream for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
