Description

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the garlic butter to the hot skillet and let it melt and foam, allowing the garlic scent to develop without burning.
  3. Place the lamb chops in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, spooning some melted garlic butter over the chops as they cook for added flavor.
  4. Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.

Use a heavy skillet for even searing and ensure lamb chops are at room temperature for even cooking. Let rest before serving to redistribute juices.
