Description
Tender and juicy lamb chops seared in garlic butter until golden, fragrant, and perfectly cooked. A fast and impressive dish for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 4 lamb chops
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh rosemary for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the lamb chops dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Add the garlic butter to the hot skillet and let it melt and foam, allowing the garlic scent to develop without burning.
- Place the lamb chops in the skillet and cook for 3–4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, spooning some melted garlic butter over the chops as they cook for added flavor.
- Remove the lamb chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
Notes
Use a heavy skillet for even searing and ensure lamb chops are at room temperature for even cooking. Let rest before serving to redistribute juices.
