Description

A delicious steak paired with a rich, creamy garlic sauce, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 steaks (ribeye, sirloin, or your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steaks and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  3. Remove the steaks from the skillet and let them rest.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the same skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream, stir to combine, and add Dijon mustard.
  6. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly.
  7. Slice the rested steaks and serve them with the creamy garlic sauce drizzled on top, garnished with fresh parsley.
