Description

This Korean Beef Noodles recipe brings bold Korean flavors to a simple weeknight dish with tender beef, chewy noodles, and a savory-spicy sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., udon or egg noodles)
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce and gochujang, stirring until smooth.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, add garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add sliced beef and cook until browned, then pour in the soy-gochujang mixture to coat.
  5. Add bell pepper and broccoli, cooking for 3–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
