Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking dish.
- Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
- Mix the melted butter, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice in another bowl.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Transfer the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
