Description

A delightful combination of lemon and blueberry flavors in warm, fluffy biscuits, perfect for breakfast or a cozy snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl.
  3. Mix the melted butter, milk, lemon zest, and lemon juice in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir gently.
  5. Fold in the blueberries.
  6. Transfer the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
