- 2 pounds potatoes, diced
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions
- Begin by boiling the diced potatoes in a pot of salted water for about 10-15 minutes, or until tender. Drain and let them cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth and well-blended.
- Once the potatoes are cooled, add them to the bowl along with the crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and sliced green onions. Gently toss until evenly coated.
- Transfer the potato salad into the refrigerator and chill for at least one hour before serving.
Notes
