- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a medium casserole dish.
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, cauliflower rice, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese. Bake for 30–35 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use warm cream cheese for better mixing. For added texture, stir in chopped nuts or grated Parmesan. Adjust salt and pepper to taste before baking.
