Description

A creamy, tangy, and lightly sweet dressing that blends nutty tahini with bright lemon, sharp Dijon, and warm maple syrup.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 23 tablespoons water (to thin)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients and set them on the counter. Warm the tahini slightly in a bowl if it is very thick.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. No cooking required — this dressing is ready cold.
  4. Gradually whisk in 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until you reach your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
