A creamy, tangy, and lightly sweet dressing that blends nutty tahini with bright lemon, sharp Dijon, and warm maple syrup.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2–3 tablespoons water (to thin)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Measure all ingredients and set them on the counter. Warm the tahini slightly in a bowl if it is very thick.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until smooth.
- No cooking required — this dressing is ready cold.
- Gradually whisk in 2 to 3 tablespoons of water until you reach your desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
