Description

Delightful golden-brown crab cakes filled with tender crab meat and rich flavors, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  2. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to break up the crab meat too much.
  3. Form the mixture into patties about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
  4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the crab cakes for 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

Notes

Serve with tartar sauce or lemon. Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
